Pacific Blend is a specialty coffee blend made from select Arabica beans, chosen for their unique yet complementary flavour profiles. Our proprietary roasting and blending process yields a distinct cup with notes of peach, dark chocolate, and citrus undertones.

The name Pacific refers to our Pacific Ocean south of Honduras and the idea behind the blend was to create a coffee like this Ocean, we want to replicate the deep, complexity and mystery in the flavours of this blend.

 

You will notice a sweet, fermented aroma with Peaches, Dark Chocolate and Citrus notes with a well balanced aftertaste.

Trying to decide

Without thinking I seem to have developed a 'strategy' of working my way through different blends with the aim of trying to determine my favourite. My latest 'trial' is the Pacific blend, which is proving to be deliciously more-ish (as have been all the others).. It is giving off chocolate tones as well as hints of peach too. I shall continue with my Caribe roundabout of tasting but will surely return to Pacific blend again.

I LOVE COFFEE

I ordered your coffee after seeing you in THE DRAGONS show. I thought you would’ve gone with Peter though lol. Sheer bravery perhaps. The coffee has a nice flavour. Poss not strong enough for me, I needed extra spoonful. So that worked. The packaging didn’t work for me. The resealable strip detached from the inside of the pouch so into a resealable food bag it went. I really hope it goes well for you. And I will buy again which is important bit I guess.
