What can you expect from Caribe? Firstly, the delicate taste was strong and dark enough to give a kick. Yet allowed space for the hearty spices to break through the flavour. Also, there was no hint of a burnt or bitter taste, which I often come across. Caribe Coffee was smooth enough that I was happy to drink it black. Something I can’t say for a lot of coffees.
