Farmer Jose Erasmo, a natural produce farmer from Cofradia, San Miguelito, Intibuca, began his entrepreneurial journey with a passion for agriculture from a young age. Despite early challenges in education, he quickly developed a knack for farming, starting with sugar cane before transitioning to coffee under the guidance of his brother. At 25, Jose married and, with minimal resources, built his own adobe house to save money for farming investments. With his friend's initial support, he began planting coffee seeds and has since dedicated himself to cultivating high-quality coffee on small plots. Through specialisation in coffee farming, Jose has expanded his business, invested in technology such as pulping machines, and collaborated with exporters since 2010, gradually growing his family's enterprise.

Cut with machetes, washed and sun dried with minimal machinery and no chemicals. Our coffee is sourced from the San Miguelito region and offers a unique taste. The coffee is medium-light, sweet and not too sharp. You will detect caramel and fruity notes. Best drank black or only with a touch of milk to enjoy the delicate flavours properly.

Definitely a coffee you can enjoy all day.
