Used to roast my own coffee because I couldn't get a decent medium roast.used to drink Peruvian heights around 6 kilos a year this last 30 yrs and now this is our fav roast,so glad I watched Dragons Den that night,we have finally found the holy grail.

The reviews were so good for this and also accurate, this decaf has a great rich flavour. And I appreciate that they’ve used the Swiss water method, I can feel good about drinking this in every way. :)

This is the coffee we just can't move away from ... even though others we have tried from Caribe have all been very good, this is our favourite.
Generally it's a latte, and sometimes I just take straight espresso, but either way it's a nicely balanced coffee which lingers on the palate.
Following a recent change in dietary preferences, I was particularly impressed about how well it blends with a good Barista Oatmilk, which to me seems to enhance its flavour notes even more!
If you haven't yet tried Copan, just go for it and order some today ... you don't know how good a coffee you're missing ...

This coffee is strong without being bitter. I will definitely buy again.
