Microlots are batchs of coffee specifically selected for their unique taste, the area on the farm is separated off and the coffee trees are given extra special care. Resulting in very special coffee.

Puma

Puma has wonderful caramel and fruity notes that make it a fantastic tasting coffee that can be enjoyed all day. Medium bodied and smooth, it is a very well balanced coffee.

Ocelote

Cut with machetes, washed and sun dried with minimal machinery and no chemicals. This is our second coffee sourced from the San Miguelito region and also a microlot. 

Ocelot is a great "all day" coffee, it has a lighter mouthfeel and is less bitter than a typical coffee. This coffee is smooth and mild and your tongue will detect floral notes and the sweetness of honey, those with more sensitive taste buds will pick out the taste of tropical fruits.

Jaguar

Jaguar is one of our bestsellers. This coffee is fantastic and bursting with flavour. A real punch in the face....metaphorically speaking! Maybe have one or two cups a day unless you are a real addict! This coffee is intense and full bodied, sweetened with honey and fruity notes.Try this one black at first, see what flavours you can pick up, we couldn't believe the berry kick we got during our profiling.
