Copan

This is our Best Seller and go-to coffee. People recognise Copán as your typical, great coffee taste with caramel and chocolate notes. Try to detect the subtle, sweet-smokey notes when you first taste this fantastic coffee.

Solid and intense body with delicate acidity.  This harvest we have detected that the citrus notes are more predominant that the 19/20m harvest - what do you think?

Lempira

Lempira was our first coffee imported and was the foundation we built our “excellent quality coffee” on. Lempira coffee is unique and new, a little bit lighter than your regular cup allowing you to drink it throughout the day and definitely the next step in specialty coffee.

It is bright and medium-bodied with chocolate and citrus notes but try to detect the initial floral notes on the tip of your tongue. We are currently using our customer tips to buy Anastasio, the farmer of Lempira coffee, some new farm equipment so you can feel good about buying this coffee too!

Pacific

Pacific Blend is a specialty coffee blend made from select Arabica beans, chosen for their unique yet complementary flavour profiles. Our proprietary roasting and blending process yields a distinct cup with notes of peach, dark chocolate, and citrus undertones.

Enjoy a cup of Pacific Blend each morning and start the day right after tasting the remarkable flavour.

The name Pacific refers to our Pacific Ocean south of Honduras and the idea behind the blend was to create a coffee like this Ocean, we want to replicate the deep, complexity and mystery in the flavours of this blend.

All of the packaging is compostable, biodegradable or recyclable.
