Our Puma coffee bean is a microlot coffee from the Lempira area of Honduras.

Puma has wonderful caramel and fruity notes that make it a fantastic tasting coffee that can be enjoyed all day. Medium bodied and smooth, it is a very well balanced coffee.

Harvest: 2022/23

Notes: Peach, Fruity, Caramel

Altitudes: 1,350 M.A.S.L.

Location: Tambla, Lempira

Common Varieties: IHCAFÉ 90, Lempira, Catimor

Smooth anytime coffee.

Having been a fan of Copan Speciality SHG coffee I have just had my first taste o Microlot Puma. Initially I find that I may need to make my brew a little stronger to give me the taste I'm looking for. It will be interesting to see which one I'll reorder!!
