Caribe Coffee Co. fresh roasts your coffee and packs to order, the 3 to 5 working days to process your order is unavoidable.

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY No Minimum Spend

We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days. You will then receive an email detailing the delivery courier and lead times. Generally UK mainland orders are sent Royal Mail 48 hour delivery (This could take more or less days depending on carrier availability)

If you have not received your order within 7 days of your dispatch email please contact us. We are unable to resend/refund orders if we are not contacted before or on 10 calendar days of dispatch.

Caribe Coffee Company Ltd fresh roasts your coffee and packs to order, the 3 to 5 days to process your order is unavoidable, if you wish to speed up delivery to 24 hours you may choose that option at checkout (This could take more or less days depending on carrier availability).

BANK HOLIDAYS

If you order your coffee around the bank holiday please bear in mind there will be a slight delay on your order due to the postal service being closed and their back-logs, please get in touch if you have any concerns.

Local Delivery by our VAN

We offer Local delivery, contact us for further details (from our Roastery in Fivehills, Fairmoor, Morpeth Northumberland) for our local communities. You will receive an email the day of delivery, if you have specific days you prefer to get your delivery please leave a note on your order. If you expect you will not be available during delivery please leave a note advising where we can leave your order safely. if we are unable to deliver your coffee it will be returned to the roastery for redispatch.

International Deliveries

International deliveries will depend on recipient country and order size. We will send a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to follow the delivery.

-Any order placed after 12:00pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

We offer and recommend “medium roast”. Our coffee has a unique flavour and body that is best experienced with a medium roast.

Please contact us if you have more specific requirements.

Dark roasted coffee beans lose their original identity and flavour. Our coffees are best enjoyed with a medium roast.

Strictly High Grown (SHG) is for beans that are grown at an altitude above 1200 metres.

High Grown (HG) is for beans that are grown at an altitude above 900 metres.

Ongoing Subscriptions (Direct Debit):

When you sign up for a subscription, you'll receive regular deliveries tailored to the duration and frequency of your choice.

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you opt for our PrePaid Subscription option.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you wish to discontinue a subscription, you can easily cancel it at any time.

Managing your subscription is hassle-free—you can make changes or cancel it anytime through your account section on our website.

NOTE:This Subscription will stop until you decide to do so by cancelling via or website or by letting us know to do it on your behalf.

PrePaid Subscriptions:

For hassle-free, freshly roasted coffee delivered right to your door, look no further than our subscription service. Plus, enjoy an exclusive 10% or 15% discount on your entire order with our PrePaid option.

With PrePaid subscriptions, you have full control—you choose your favorite coffee, select the delivery frequency, and pay upfront. Once your subscription is set up, you can sit back and relax while we take care of the rest.

We understand that life can get busy, so we offer flexibility and convenience. Whether you're going on vacation, need your next bag sooner, changing your address, or simply need a coffee break, just drop us a message, and we'll adjust your subscription accordingly.
