It's officially Christmas!! (and officially freeeeeeezing). We are wearing extra layers in the Roastery, sadly (in this case) the roaster is very efficient and doesn't give off any spare heat to warm us (except for warming gloves!).

We have just recovered from Black Friday sales and are now turning to Christmas, we will be launching our Christmas gift packs soon and hope to have some extra gift ideas for you too. We will send out an additional email to inform all of our subscribers when the website is updated. Please note, to keep ahead of the rising costs we are all facing we have decided to not offer the free wrapping or card service this year - (but on a good note it's less waste ❤️🌍). It's difficult to balance our love of Christmas with keeping waste and costs low, hopefully everyone understands.

To be expected, this year we will be unable to guarantee exact delivery dates not only due to Royal Mail strikes but also it's impact our secondary couriers, at the time of writing DPD's website is shut down due to being overwhelmed! Please, please get your Christmas orders in as early as possible so any gifts can be organised in good time.

In other news, we have published our beautiful advert featuring real Honduran specialty coffee farmers in and near La Paz, the ad showcases not only the diversity of the farms that protect the soil and natural environment but also the real lives of the people that care and rely on this beautiful landscape. If you haven't watched it you can see it on Youtube,  Instagram or Facebook. We also have a short documentary to publish...coming soon! Well done to Jo Morris who we have worked with since 2019 who has the creative vision to put this together.

Finally,

The Roastery will be closed from December 22nd until January 3rd 2023. This year has been unreal for us! After Dragons' Den in March we have not stopped, all the staff (and machinery) need a well deserved break. The founders will still be working behind the scenes upgrading and improving the (ahem.... already 5 star Food hygiene rated) equipment and facilities to make way for what will (hopefully be) a super 2023! 

Any pre paid subscriptions scheduled around Christmas will be dispatched before this date. Any ongoing subscriptions will be processed when we reopen (although you do have the option to pause your subscription), seperate emails going out.
