Coffee is a food item that alters with time and environmental conditions. With this in mind we do not accept returns.
Our non-perishable items can be returned. You may return these items within 5 working days to receive a full refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If 5 working days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us to notify you are returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.

Returns and Refunds - Undelivered, damaged or incorrect items
We will do our best to get the correct item delivered to you in a timely manner. Unfortunately, human error and courier mistakes do happen and we ask that you contact us directly to allow us to rectify mistakes.
If the item has failed to be delivered:
We have a system that allows us to track your item through the courier. It may be that they have not attempted to deliver your parcel and we will ask you to wait up to 7 working days before the package is considered lost. After this point we will resend your order. If the tracking system shows a lost item we will be re-send your order ASAP.
If the item you have received is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt with your order number and a clear picture of the issue. We will resend the correct item/s ASAP.
As with all food and drink, personal preference is not a suitable reason for a refund. We offer samples of all of our products and recommend you start with a sample before committing to a larger amount.
